Could you chop the "GOLDMAN SACHS COMMODITIES AND CLIMATE FINANCE" section in smaller sections?

I'm really just uploading some stuff for a new contributor, who I hope will take 'charge' but not be too exclusive about this. And yes, the text as it stands is just rough. I think we need to focus on one issue per page, and this has perhaps a general theme taking up too much space. So maybe hang fire and see if our author comes in and makes clear his plan? —docmartin
