Some useful bits for improving the look of pages:
Headings:
use an image, typcially the width seems to need to be set at 700 pixels, so
[[image(imagename.jpg, 700, thumbnail)]][[br]]
Spacing out headings
Use [br] followed by the heading followed by a line space, to create a bigger space before headings than after them, eg.
... The philosophical questions raised by the Nobel laureates, remain largely unaddressed: what is health?
If you're really having trouble try this:
[[center(begin)]] . [[center(end)]]
Sub-heading here
